Your corporate website already works. I tell you, with data, whether Google and AI recommend it or recommend your competitor.
I analyze the digital presence of national and multinational companies, market by market, and deliver an analysis, a plan and a proposal to improve your presence and penetration. The analysis is priced by scope and paid on its own. Fixing or building the site, when the case calls for it, is a separate contract.
Strategic data analyst specialized in enterprise network solutions for digital development.
- 01
Strategic data analyst
I read live data (searches, AI answers, competition, crawling, performance, reputation) and turn it into decisions with priority and sequence. Measurements with a source, not opinions.
- 02
Enterprise network solutions
Your digital presence is a network: the site, its country versions, Google profiles, directories, people, press and what AI cites. I analyze the whole network and how it connects, never one page in isolation.
- 03
Digital development
The goal is measurable growth in presence and penetration, in every market where the company operates or wants to enter, national or multinational.
of the 1,000 most visited domains in the world publish an llms.txtllms.txt is a text file published at sitio.com/llms.txt, written for the large language models (LLMs) behind ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude. It summarizes in plain language what the company is, what it offers and which pages to read first. It is to AI assistants what robots.txt and the sitemap are to Google. file: a plain-text page at the root of the site that tells AI assistants, in their own format, what the company is, what it sells and which pages matter. The rest, including corporations with highly technical sites, let the AI guess.

Six readings of your digital presence, with live data.
- 01
AI readability
Whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews cite your site or your competitor, question by question and market by market.
- 02
Crawling and structure
Whether search and AI crawlers can read your site: rendering, structured data, llms.txt, speed and security.
- 03
Presence per market
How you show up in each country and language where you operate: site versions, hreflang, Google profiles and directories.
- 04
Competition
Who holds the positions your brand should hold, with what content and with how much advertising spend.
- 05
Demand and opportunity
What your corporate customer searches for today, in what volume and with what intent, in each market.
- 06
Trust signals
Reviews, mentions, press, profiles and registries that AI systems use to decide whom to recommend.
Five steps, from scope to the reading session.
- 01
Scope
You tell me which site, which brands and which markets. I confirm scope, fee and delivery date before I start.
- 02
Payment
The analysis is paid up front. It's the complete product.
- 03
Exploration
I collect live data: searches, AI answers, competition, crawling, performance and reputation, in every market and language.
- 04
Delivery
You receive the analysis, the plan and the proposal on a private page, in Spanish and in English when your company needs both.
- 05
Reading and adjustment
I walk your team through it in a session. If the plan has to fit your operation differently, I adjust it.
For corporations with an established, technical website.
National and multinational companies whose site already runs: catalogs, portals, several country versions. What's usually missing is Google and AI reading it, understanding it and recommending it over the competitor. If your business is small or medium sized, the right place is UnEjemplo.com in Spanish or OneExample.com in English.
What you receive
- Analysis with live data, per market and language
- Strategic plan and proposal with scope and budget
- Reading session with your team and one adjustment of the plan
What I don't sell
- Supervising another provider's work
- A mandatory monthly retainer
- Ranking promises
exploration analyses delivered to businesses in Mexico, the United States and Canada through the 1E network (UnEjemplo.com and OneExample.com). AREAS.digital applies that same method to companies of another scale.
Count taken from the delivered analyses on the 1E network, October 2026.
Steve Sullivan, strategic data analyst.
I have worked on the digital presence of businesses in Mexico, the United States and Canada since 2016. Through the 1E network I built the exploration and analysis method that small and medium businesses use to show up on Google, Maps and AI.
AREAS.digital is the corporate version of that work: the same live data and the same rigor, applied to sites that already have an engineering team, several markets and a reputation to protect. I work in Spanish and English and I answer personally.
What clients ask before requesting an analysis.
How much does the analysis cost?
It's priced by scope: number of sites, brands, markets and languages. I confirm the fee before I start and the analysis is paid up front.
How long does it take?
It depends on the number of markets and languages. I give you the delivery date together with the fee.
Do you build or fix the website?
It depends on the site. Some I fix myself, with measurable results. In some cases I build or rebuild the whole site. Both are quoted separately, after the analysis. What I do not do is supervise another provider's work.
In which languages do you deliver?
Spanish and English. A multinational scope is delivered in both.
Request your analysis.
Write to me with the website, the brands and the markets you want analyzed. I confirm scope, fee and delivery date first, and nothing is paid until you approve them.
